HOT CLAM DIP 
2 cans minced clams
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 sm. chopped onion
1 clove garlic
1 green pepper, chopped
1 tsp. parsley
1 tsp. oregano
Dash of Tabasco
Dash of cayenne pepper
1/2 c. bread crumbs
Cheese - jalapeno, Edam or Gouda

Drain clams, save juice. Simmer clam juice with 1 tsp. lemon juice for approximately 10 minutes.

Mix all other ingredients except cheese. Add bread crumbs. Add juice to make moist but not real wet. Put in lightly greased pie dish. Add thinly sliced cheese of choice. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
