SWEETENED CONDENSED MILK 
1 1/2 c. sugar
2/3 c. water
1 stick butter
2 c. powdered milk

In 4-cup glass measure cup, put sugar, water and butter. Microwave on high until mixture boils and sugar is dissolved. Combine in blender with powdered milk and process until smooth. Refrigerate until needed.

Makes about 3 1/3 cups or about 14 ounces. Use in any recipe that calls for Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
