FRENCH SILK PIE 
2 squares semi-sweet chocolate
1 stick butter
2/3 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs

Melt the chocolate in the microwave. With a Mixmaster, beat the butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add the melted chocolate and vanilla. Beat. Add the eggs, one at a time, beating 5 minutes with each egg. Pour into a baked pastry pie crust. Refrigerate. Top with whipping cream before serving.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
