FRENCH SILK CHOCOLATE PIE 
1/2 c. butter
3/4 c. sugar
1 sq. unsweetened chocolate, melted
1 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs (cold)
1 (9 inch) baked pie shell

Place butter in small mixing bowl and beat until fluffy. Add sugar gradually, beating until thoroughly creamed. Beat in melted chocolate and vanilla. Add eggs, one at a time, beating 3 minutes after each addition. Pour mixture into baked pie shell. Top with whipped cream. Can be frozen.
