PUMPKIN BREAD 
3 c. sugar
1 c. corn oil
4 eggs, beaten
1 (16 oz.) can pumpkin
3 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. cloves
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. allspice
2/3 c. water
1/2 to 1 c. chopped nuts

Combine sugar, oil and eggs. Add pumpkin. Sift dry ingredients. Add to pumpkin mixture. Add water. Stir in nuts. Pour into loaf pans.

Bake at 350°F for 1 hour.

Makes 3 loaves.
