APPLESAUCE PUMPKIN BREAD 
3 1/2 c. flour
3 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. ginger
1/2 tsp. ground cloves
1 c. freshly made or canned pumpkin
1 c. applesauce
1 c. vegetable oil
2/3 c. water or apple juice
4 eggs
2 c. (12 oz. pkg.) peanut butter chips (opt.)
1 c. chopped nuts
1 c. raisins

Grease and flour 3 loaf pans. In mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking soda, salt and spices. In a separate bowl, combine pumpkin, applesauce, oil, juice and eggs. Gradually combine contents of both bowls. Stir in nuts, raisins and peanut butter chips (optional). Pour batter in pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 to 60 minutes; test for doneness. Cool in pan 10 minutes.
