4 c. cooked mashed sweet potatoes
2 c. white sugar
2 eggs
1 container Scramblers (egg substitute)
2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. salt
1 stick butter
3/4 c. sweet milk

While potatoes are still hot. Mix all ingredients. Pour into 2 pie shells. Bake at 350 degrees until slightly brown on top, approximately 1 hour. Cook potatoes and peel, then mash. 2 pies.
