1 lg. can (30 oz.) pumpkin
1 c. sugar
12 oz. can evaporated milk
2 eggs
4 tsp. pumpkin spice
1/2 tsp. salt
1 box yellow cake mix
1 c. nuts
1 3/4 stick butter

Mix pumpkin, sugar, milk, spice, eggs and salt. Grease 9"x13" pan. Pour pumpkin mixture into pan. Sprinkle dry cake mix over top. Cover cake mix with chopped nuts. Pour melted butter over top. Cover edges well. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes. Check at 40 minutes.
