TRIPLE DAIRY-MIXED BERRY
SMOOTHIE
 
1/4 cup ricotta cheese
1/2 cup buttermilk
1 1 /2 cups low-fat vanilla Greek-style yogurt
2 cups frozen mixed berries

In a mixing bowl, lightly whisk ricotta cheese with buttermilk, until well blended.

Place in blender with yogurt and frozen berries. Pulse until mixture is smooth and ingredients are thoroughly combined.

If you want, run through a sieve to remove any bits of skin. Serve in cold glasses.

Makes 2 large or 4 small smoothies.
