LIGHT BERRIES SMOOTHIE 
1 cup non-fat/no sugar natural yogurt
1/2 cup frozen blackberries
1/2 cup frozen strawberries
1/2 cup Splenda (non-fat sweetener)
1/2 cup skimmed milk
1/2 tbsp. vanilla (optional)

Put all this ingredients together in a blender and shake for 2 minutes.

Makes 2 servings.
