HAM CASSEROLE 
1 (6 1/4 oz.) can tender chunk ham
1 pkg. tuna helper
1 pkg. frozen broccoli, thawed
3 1/2 c. hot water
Onion
1 c. sour cream and if desired, crunchy top

Place ham with liquid in skillet, break up with fork. Add noodles, sauce mix, broccoli, water and onion. Heat to boiling over high heat, stirring occasionally. Reduce heat. Cover and simmer 15 to 20 minutes. Stir in sour cream.

Crunchy top - heat 1 tablespoon butter in skillet until melted. Stir in 1/2 cup coarsely crushed corn flakes. Cook until brown - stir constantly.
