CHICKEN AND RICE CASSEROLE 
4 or 5 chicken breasts
1 c. rice
1 can mushroom soup
1 tall can milk
1 pkg. dry onion soup mix

In large casserole dish, pour rice, then add mushroom soup and milk (save a little to pour over chicken). Sprinkle dry onion soup mix over rice and soup mixture. Lay chicken breasts over this. Add remaining soup and milk.

Bake at 350°F for 45 minutes to 1 hour.

This is good served with a small salad.
