BURRITO CASSEROLE 
1 to 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1 lg. onion, chopped
3 cloves garlic, chopped
2 beef bouillon cubes
1 can chicken with rice soup
1 can enchilada sauce
1 can Ro-Tel
1 can chili beans
Flour tortillas
8 oz. carton sour cream
1/2 c. grated cheese

Brown ground beef with onion and garlic in skillet, stirring until crumbly; drain. Add next 5 ingredients, mixing well. Simmer for 10 minutes. Layer half the ground beef mixture, tortillas, sour cream, and cheese in 9 x 13 inch baking dish. Repeat layers with remaining ingredients. Bake at 375 degrees for 15 minutes.
