BURRITO CASSEROLE 
1/4 c. chopped onion
1 1/4 lb. hamburger
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 tbsp. chili powder
1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 (2 1/4 oz.) can sliced ripe olives, drained
6 lg. buttered flour tortillas
2 c. shredded longhorn cheese
1/2 c. water

Brown meat, onion and garlic. Drain. Add seasonings, tomato sauce and olives. In 2 quart casserole dish alternate layers of tortillas, meat sauce and cheese, with the last layer being cheese on top. Pour water at edges. Cover and cook 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
