RELLENO CASSEROLE 
1 lg. can green chilies
1 lb. Jack cheese, can put in Mozzarella also
4 eggs
1 lg can evaporated milk

Put 1 chunk cheese in each chili. Place in cake pan. Beat eggs and milk and salt together with whisk. Pour over chilies. Bake 30 to 40 minutes, until set, at 350 degrees.

While still hot put grated cheese over it and pour 8 ounce can tomato sauce over it, put back in oven 10 to 15 minutes until cheese melts.
