CREAM CHEESE-PINEAPPLE BALL 
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
1 tbsp. chopped onion
1 tsp. salt
1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple (drained)
1/2 c. chopped pecans

Place chopped green pepper, onion and pineapple on paper towel to absorb liquid. Blend all ingredients well. Refrigerate and chill at least 1/2 hour. Shape into ball. Roll in additional chopped pecans, if desired.
