Been looking for the a good beefaroni recipe, something the kids will eat. This one is absolutely delicious! Substituted a can of diced tomatoes for one of the cans of tomato sauce and diced a bit of green pepper. My little one who doesn't eat red sauce ate the whole thing! Very YUMMY!

Substitute beef stock for the cans of water to enhance the flavor. I made this for my family yesterday. It really needs to sit before serving, so the favors incorporate. It tasted better as leftovers today.

Love this recipe!! Made a few additions/substitutions: 5 cloves garlic ( we love garlic!!) large can of tomato sauce, large can of crushed tomatoes and small can of crushed tomatoes with green chili. Also threw in two cubes of beef bouillon and one cup of water. I made sure sauce was very liquid b/c I threw in uncooked elbow noodles and let everything cook together for about 45 minutes. Husband and daughter LOVED!

I once heard Steven Patrick Morrissey say -beefaroni-..... It's delicious but Steve hates it. 4 Stars.

I always look at cooks.com. They are normal ingredients every one has at the house and you know what they are. Just like Mommy made.
