1 lg. can hominy
1 sm. can chopped green chili peppers
1 c. grated American or sharp cheese
1 c. Monterey Jack cheese, grated
Salt & pepper
1 c. sour cream

Break hominy with hands. Mix all ingredients and place in casserole. Heat at 350 degrees 45 minutes or more. Stir once during heating.
