HOT BLUEBERRIES 
4 tbsp. sweet unsalted butter
1 qt. blueberries
4 tbsp. sugar
Vanilla ice cream

In a large skillet, over low heat, melt the butter. Add the berries; sprinkle with the sugar and cook until berries give off their liquid and collapse (about 8 minutes). Remove from heat. Serve hot over the vanilla ice cream.
