LEMON LIME CAKE | |
Jello Mix: 1 pkg. lime jello 3/4 cup boiling water 1/2 cup cold water Dissolve jello in boiling water. Add cold water. Set aside at room temperature. Cake: 1 pkg. Duncan Hines Lemon Supreme cake mix Mix and bake cake as directed in 13x9-inch pan. Cool cake 20 to 25 minutes. Poke deep holes in top of cake while warm (a fork works well). Pour jello mix over cake. Refrigerate. Topping: 1 env. whipped topping (Dream Whip) 1 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon instant pudding 1 1/2 cups milk Prepare topping. Add prepared pudding. Mix until stiff. Immediately top cake. Refrigerate before serving. |
