3 cans mixed vegetables
1 pkg. Pepperidge Farm stuffing mix
1 c. celery, finely chopped
1 c. onion, finely chopped
1 c. mayonnaise
1 c. cheese, shredded
1 stick butter

Mix vegetables, stuffing mix, celery, onion, melted butter, mayonnaise and half the cheese together. Pour into buttered baking dish and top with remaining cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until firm.
