CREAM PIE CRUST 
2 c. self rising flour
1/2 c. milk
2/3 c. vegetable oil

Mix together the flour and oil, then gradually add milk to mixture. The mixture will form a ball, then divide the mixture in half. Press into a 9 inch pie pan then flute the edges and bake at 350 degrees for 12 minutes or until crust is brown.
