NO CRUST COCONUT CREAM PIE 
2 c. milk
4 eggs
1/2 c. flour
1 c. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. coconut
1 stick butter
Dash of salt

Combine all in blender, until well mixed. Pour in 10-inch greased pie pan. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes, and 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
