GRANVILLE COUNTRY STORE MACARONI
AND CHEESE
 
2 lbs. Granville Cheddar
3/4 c. evaporated milk
1/2 c. chopped onion
2 fresh tomatoes
1 lb. macaroni, cooked and drained
Ritz cracker crumbs

In saucepan, melt cheese, onions and evaporated milk. Cut tomatoes and mix with macaroni in a 9x13 pan. Pour cheese sauce over and mix well. Spread cracker crumbs on top. Bake in 400 degree oven for 20 minutes. 6-8 servings.
