TOLL HOUSE PIE 
2 eggs
1/2 c. all - purpose flour
1/2 c. granulated sugar
1/2 c. firmly packed brown sugar
1 c. butter, melted and cooled to room temperature
6 oz. pkg. (1 c.) semi - sweet chocolate morsels
1 c. chopped pecans (or walnuts)
9 inch unbaked pie shell

Preheat oven to 325 degrees. In large bowl, beat eggs until foamy. Add flour, sugar and brown sugar; beat until well blended. Blend in melted butter. Stir in chocolate morsels. Pour into pie shell. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour. Recipe may be doubled, for two pies. Freeze one for later use.
