TOLL HOUSE CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIE

2 eggs
1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. firmly packed brown sugar
3/4 c. butter, melted
1 c. nuts (opt.)
1 (6 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 (9") unbaked pie shell

Preheat oven to 325 degrees. In mixing bowl, beat eggs at high speed until foamy. Beat in flour and sugars until well blended. Stir in melted butter and nuts if desired. Sprinkle chocolate chips evenly over bottom of pie shell and pour mixture over. Bake 55 to 60 minutes or until knife inserted halfway between edge and center comes out clean. Cool and serve with whipped cream or ice cream.
