TOLL HOUSE RHUBARB PIE 
3 c. rhubarb, cut in sm. pieces
1 1/2 c. sugar
3 tbsp. flour
1 egg
1/2 tsp. salt

Cut rhubarb into small pieces. Put into strainer and pour over it boiling water, drain. Add to it, 1 1/2 cups of sugar, 3 tablespoons flour, one egg and 1/2 teaspoon salt. Mix well. Pour into crust. Beat with butter. Cover with lattice top. Bake at 450 degrees for 20 minutes; lower heat to 350 degrees and bake for 15 minutes.
