TUNA MOLD 
1 can undiluted cream of mushroom soup
1 lg. pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese
2 tbsp. gelatin dissolved in 1/2 c. cold water
2 cans drained tuna
1 c. mayonnaise
1 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. chopped bell pepper
1/2 c. finely chopped onion

Heat soup; add cream cheese and melt. Add dissolved gelatin and set aside to cool. Add 2 cans drained tuna to cooled mixture. Add mayonnaise, celery, green bell pepper and onion. Pour into bowl or molds. Chill until set. Serve with assorted crackers.
