TUNA ALOHA 
1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1/3 c. bread crumbs
2/3 c. med. white sauce
1 sm. onion
Salt and pepper to taste
2 c. white rice (cooked)
1 tbsp. parsley flakes
14 oz. can of canned tuna
10 slices pineapple (one 15 oz. can)

Serves 4 to 5. Heat oven to 350 degrees. Place pineapple slices on cookie sheet. Reserve bread crumbs and 1/4 cup cheese for later. Mix together remaining ingredients until well mixed. Use ice cream scoop and place 1 scoop of mixture on each pineapple slice. Top each with reserved cheese and bread crumbs. Cook 20 to 25 minutes.

WHITE SAUCE:

2 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. flour
1 c. milk
