ALOHA BROILED CHICKEN 
Select two (2 lb.) ready to cook broiler chickens. Cut into fryer size pieces. Brush with melted butter and season. Place skin side down on broiler pan (No rack). Broil 5" to 7" from heat 25 minutes or until lightly browned. Turn, broil 15 to 20 minutes longer. About 5 minutes before end of cooking time place canned pineapple rings and peach halves beside chicken. Brush chicken and fruit with sauce.

PINEAPPLE SAUCE: Melt 1/2 cup butter, blend in 1 teaspoon cornstarch. Add 1 teaspoon grated lemon peel, 1/4 cup lemon juice, 1/3 cup pineapple syrup, 2 tablespoons finely chopped onion, 1 teaspoon soy sauce and 1/4 teaspoon thyme. Cook 5 minutes over low heat, stirring constantly.
