2 sm. cans tomato paste
1 can tomato sauce
2 lg. diced onions
2 tbsp. cooked oil
2 tbsp. chili powder
1 lb. ground beef
2 c. water
1 tsp. salt
Sm. clove garlic or 1/2 tsp. garlic powder

Cook meat and salt and onions with oil, drain. Mash meat mixture with potato masher. Add rest of ingredients and simmer 1 hour or more until thick.
