FLOUR TORTILLAS 
4 c. flour
2/3 c. hot melted shortening
1 c. cold water
2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking powder

Combine all dry ingredients and mix with a fork. Pour in melted shortening, and mix well until well blended. Add cold water and mix with fork, then with hand, until dough forms. Cover dough for 30 to 45 minutes then make 3 to 4 inch balls and roll them with rolling pin to form tortilla. Cook on grill until light brown.
