FETTUCCINE WITH CREAM SAUCE 
3/4 stick butter
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 1/2 qts. whipping cream
Black pepper
8 oz. Parmesan, grated
Fresh pasta, cooked

In heavy bottomed pot, melt butter over medium heat. Add garlic. Saute lightly to release flavor but do not brown. Stir in whipping cream. Bring to a simmer then heat until sauce has reduced in volume by 10%. Season to taste with salt and pepper.

Stir in 1/3 cheese until sauce thickens. Add pasta until noodles are coated. Serve with remaining cheese. You may also wish to add chicken, zucchini, broccoli, mushrooms or smoked salmon.
