FETTUCCINE AND CLAM SAUCE | |
2 (10 oz.) cans whole baby clams 1/4 c. olive oil 4 tbsp. butter 1 clove minced garlic 1/4 c. minced parsley Salt Black pepper 1 (16 oz.) pkg. fettuccine Drain clams, saving liquid. In large saucepan, heat olive oil and butter. Brown garlic. Add clam liquid and parsley and heat to boiling. Cover and simmer 10 minutes. Add clams and cook until heated through. Add salt and pepper to taste. Pour over fettuccine noodles that have been cooked to label specifications and serve. |
