PUFF PANCAKES 
3 tbsp. butter
3 eggs
1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt

Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Cut up butter into a 9" deep dish pie plate. Place in oven. While butter is melting (do not burn!), beat eggs and stir in flour. Add milk, then salt. Carefully pour batter into hot, bubbling butter dish. Continue baking 20 minutes or until sides rise and crust is golden brown. Serve this attractive dish immediately. Cut into slices or quarters and top with fresh fruit, powdered sugar, or syrup.
