CRUSTLESS CHEDDAR QUICHE 
1 sm. apple, cored and finely chopped
2 tbsp. brown sugar
1/8 tsp. ground nutmeg
1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/2 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
1 bulk pork sausage patty, cooked and crumbled
1 egg
1/2 c. milk
2 tbsp. buttermilk baking mix

Preheat oven to 450 degrees. In small bowl, combine apple, brown sugar, cinnamon and nutmeg. Stir in cheese and sausage, spoon into individual tart pan or casserole.

Beat together egg, milk and baking mix. Pour over apple mixture. Bake 35 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. NOTE: Serves only 1.
