TUNA WITH WHITE SAUCE 
1/2 stick butter
2 c. milk
Salt and pepper, to taste
2-3 tbsp. flour
1 (6 1/8 oz.) can tuna, drained

Melt butter in large skillet, then add enough flour to form a paste. Gradually stir in milk and simmer until it reaches your preferred consistency. Add the tuna, then salt and pepper to taste. Serve over toast or chow mein noodles.
