TUNA FISH SAUCE FOR SPAGHETTI 
3 tbsp. oil, or olive oil
2 cloves garlic, chopped
Lg. can tuna fish, drain
1 (28 oz.) can tomatoes, crushed or pureed
Salt and pepper
Parsley; optional
Italian grated cheese

Saute garlic in oil; add tuna fish for about 5 minutes; cook. Add tomatoes. Season to taste, salt and pepper. Cook altogether 20-30 minutes, uncovered until liquids evaporated. Boil spaghetti, drain. Add tuna fish mixture. Season with Italian grated cheese.
