TUNA FISH SPAGHETTI SAUCE 
1 med. can grated tuna fish
1 tbsp. olive oil
1 clove garlic, chopped
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 lg. can crushed tomatoes
1 sm. can tomato puree
1/3 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. chopped basil

Brown tuna fish, garlic and parsley in olive oil over gentle fire 10 minutes. Add salt, pepper, tomatoes and tomato puree; simmer 1 h our. Add oregano and basil; cook 5 minutes longer. Serve over spaghetti or fine noodles. Makes enough sauce for 1 pound of spaghetti. You can use tomato paste in place of tomato puree, only add a little water.
