STUFFED BELL PEPPERS 
6 to 8 med. sized green peppers
1 lb. ground beef
1 egg
3/4 c. bread crumbs
3/4 c. Minute Rice
3/4 c. ketchup
1 can tomato soup
Spices as desired, Oregano, Thyme, Black pepper, etc.

Cut top off peppers and remove seeds. Rinse inside of peppers to remove any stuck seeds. Place peppers in pot of hot water and boil for approximately 5 minutes. Remove carefully using tongs.

Mix ground beef, egg, bread crumbs, rice and ketchup thoroughly. After removing peppers from water, drain and place in 4 inch deep baking dish and fill with mixture. Mix tomato soup and 1/2 can water to form sauce. Pour over stuffed peppers.

Bake in 325 degree oven for 90 minutes covered. Uncover and bake for approximately 30 minutes.
