CORN PUDDING 
2 tbsp. all-purpose white flour
2 c. cream-style corn
1 tbsp. sugar
1 c. milk (can use half & half for richer recipe)
1 tsp. salt
3 tbsp. butter, melted
3 eggs, beaten

Mix flour with corn. Add sugar, salt and butter and milk. Stir in eggs. Grease 1-quart casserole dish; pour pudding into dish. Place in pan of hot water and bake at 325 degrees for about 1 1/2 hours or until firm.

This recipe can be doubled or tripled and used for pot lucks. Double recipe fits nicely into a 9 x 13 inch pan.
