MRS. MALLARD'S CORN PUDDING 
2 c. corn (or 1 can cream style)
3 tbsp. flour
2 tbsp. sugar
1 c. milk
1/2 stick butter
2 eggs

Mix corn, sugar, and flour. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well. Add milk. Melt the butter in a quart baking dish, swish around the dish, then about 2/3 of the melted butter into the pudding mixture, and mix well. Pour pudding mixture into dish and bake at 350 degrees about 30 or 45 minutes or until brown.
