CORN PUDDING 
1 can cream corn
1 can whole kernel corn
2 eggs
8 oz. sour cream
1 tbsp. sugar
1 box Jiffy corn muffin mix

Mix corn, eggs, sour cream and sugar well. Add cornmeal. Bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
