CORN PUDDING 
1 stick butter
1 can whole kernel corn, drained
1 can cream style corn
1 c. sour cream
1 egg, beaten
1 (8 oz.) Jiffy corn bread mix

Melt butter in casserole dish; stir in corn bread mix, then remaining ingredients.

Bake 35-40 minutes in 350 degree oven when brown on top or knife comes out clean. May take 50-60 minutes.
