FRUIT COCKTAIL CAKE 
2 c. plain flour
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking soda
2 beaten eggs
1 can fruit cocktail

Mix dry ingredients together, add egg and fruit cocktail. Bake 40 minutes at 350.

ICING:

1 c. evaporated milk
1 c. sugar
1 stick butter
1 c. coconut
1/2 c. pecans

Mix evaporated milk, sugar, butter, coconut and pecans. Cook 4 minutes on stove. Pour the icing on top of the baked cake.
