FRUIT COCKTAIL CAKE 
1 1/2 c. white sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. flour
2 eggs
2 tsp. baking soda
1 can #303 fruit cocktail

Stir all ingredients together and pour into long 9 x 12 inch pan. Sprinkle with 1/2 cup firmly packed brown sugar with 1/2 cup chopped nuts. Bake in oven at 325 degrees for 45 minutes until brown. Cake will spring back when touched.

ICING:

1 stick butter
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. canned milk

Bring to boil, boil 2 minutes. Remove from heat and add 1 can angel flake coconut. Spread over cake.
