FRUIT COCKTAIL CAKE 
1 can fruit cocktail
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 c. flour
2 eggs
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 c. chopped nuts
1 c. raisins

Mix all ingredients well. Bake in a lightly greased tube pan at 350 degrees for 1 hour.

ICING:

1 stick butter
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. evaporated milk
1/2 c. coconut flakes or nuts
1 tsp. vanilla

Bring butter, sugar and milk to a boil and cook 3 minutes. Remove from heat. Add coconut or nuts and vanilla. Spread on cake while hot.
