FRUIT COCKTAIL CAKE 
1 med. can fruit cocktail
2 c. sugar
2 c. all-purpose flour
2 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla flavoring
2 tsp. baking soda (baking)

ICING:

1 stick butter
1 sm. can evaporated milk
3/4 c. sugar
1 can Angel Flake coconut

CAKE: Put all together in large bowl, beat 3 minutes. Pour in 12"x7"x2" lightly greased pan. Bake 45 minutes at 350 degrees.

ICING: In saucepan add milk, butter and sugar. Boil 3 minutes. Add coconut. Pour over cake while cake and icing are still hot.
