FRUIT COCKTAIL CAKE 
2 c. presifted flour
2 c. granulated sugar
2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
Dash of cinnamon
1 lb. 13 oz. can fruit cocktail
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1 c. brown sugar
1 c. chopped pecans

Preheat oven to 300 degrees. Grease and flour 13 x 9 1/2 x 2 inch baking pan. Into mixing bowl sift together flour, granulated sugar, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon. Add fruit cocktail, eggs; mix to blend. Pour batter into pan; sprinkle with brown sugar and nuts. Bake in preheated oven for 1 hour. Cool 10 minutes; remove from pan. Cool on wire rack.

ICING:

3/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. Pet milk
1/3 c. butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. coconut

Put in saucepan; boil 2 minutes. Ice while warm.
