HAWAIIAN SPARERIBS, GRILLED 
2 lbs. spareribs, cut up
2 tbsp. catsup
1/2 tsp. ginger
2 tbsp. brown sugar
3 tbsp. pineapple juice, unsweetened
1 clove garlic, minced
1/4 c. teriyaki sauce
4 or 5 pineapple slices
4 or 5 tomato wedges

Lay ribs fat side up in baking pan. Mix all ingredients except pineapple and tomatoes. Pour over ribs. Let stand about an hour, keep turning meat every 15 minutes. Grill on hot coals 45 minutes or until tender. Brush with rest of mixture. Brush pineapple and wedges and grill until warm. Top on ribs and serve.
